Privacy policy

Last updated: October 8, 2026

Taardegt operates the website  and sells products to customers in the United States. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and what choices you have. It applies to information collected through our website, checkout process, and customer support communications.

Who is responsible for your information. Taardegt is the controller of the personal information described in this policy. Our business address is 3266 N 53rd Dr, Phoenix, AZ 85031, United States. For privacy questions or requests, email info@taardegt.com.

Information we collect. We collect the following categories of personal information: identifiers such as name, email address, phone number, and shipping and billing address; commercial information such as products purchased and order history; internet or network activity such as IP address, browser type, device identifiers, and pages viewed on our site; and payment-related information. We do not receive or store full payment card numbers. Card payments are processed by our payment processor, and we receive only a transaction confirmation and the last four digits of the card for reference.

Sources. We collect this information directly from you when you place an order, create an account, contact support, or sign up for email updates. Some technical information is collected automatically through cookies and similar technologies when you browse the site.

Why we use it. We use personal information to process and fulfill orders, communicate about orders, handle returns and refunds, provide customer support, detect and prevent fraud, maintain the security of our site, and comply with legal obligations. We do not use personal information for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects.

Retention. Order and transaction records are kept for as long as needed to fulfill the order, handle any return or warranty matter, and meet tax and accounting requirements, after which they are deleted or anonymized. Customer support correspondence is kept for 24 months from the last interaction. Site analytics data is kept in aggregated or de-identified form and is not linked back to an individual customer after 14 months. If you request deletion, we will delete or anonymize your personal information except where we are required to keep it for legal or accounting purposes, and we will tell you what is retained and why.

Sharing. We share personal information with service providers that perform functions on our behalf: payment processing, order fulfillment and shipping, website hosting, email delivery, and fraud-prevention tools. These providers receive only the information needed to perform their function and are not permitted to use it for their own marketing. We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information with advertising networks for cross-context behavioral advertising. We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or court order, or if necessary to protect the rights or safety of Taardegt, our customers, or the public.

Cookies. We use strictly necessary cookies to keep items in your cart and maintain your session during checkout, and a limited set of functional cookies for site preferences. We do not use advertising cookies to track you across other websites. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings, but blocking strictly necessary cookies will prevent checkout from working. We honor Global Privacy Control signals where our systems are able to detect them.

Your rights. If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what categories of personal information we collect and disclose, the right to request access to or deletion of your personal information, the right to correct inaccurate information, and the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under the CCPA, so there is no sale or sharing to opt out of at this time. You can exercise access, deletion, or correction rights by emailing info@taardegt.com with the subject line “Privacy Request.” We will acknowledge your request and respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.

Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies to a visitor's interaction with us, that visitor may exercise the rights described above—access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, and portability—by emailing info@taardegt.com. Such a visitor may also lodge a complaint with their local supervisory authority.

Security. We use HTTPS across the site, including checkout. Payment information is transmitted directly to our payment processor and is not stored on our servers. Access to order data is limited to personnel who need it to fulfill orders or respond to support requests.

Changes. If we make a material change to how we handle personal information, we will post the revised policy with a new “Last updated” date and, where required, notify affected customers by email before the change takes effect.
